LATCREWCOMPASS is a public organization founded with a purpose of:
Coordination of Crewing Companies activities in public and legislation fields;
Sharing information related to new legislation, local and international regulations;
Organizing seminars and conferences to disscuss and share same within association and industry.
Consolidating forces to protect Crewing Companies and Latvian seafarers interests in cooperation with other Maritime organizations both in Latvia and worldwide;
Coordinating and participating in different activities related to increase attraction of Maritime professions and seafaring
